Our Story

It started like most bad ideas: two best friends, one blender, and a whole lot of frustration with sugar-free cocktails that tasted like junk.

We wanted a margarita. A real one. One that didn’t taste like battery acid, monk fruit, or something wet in a gym bag. But everything on the market had stevia, monk fruit goo, or that weird aftertaste that haunts your soul.

So we did what any chef and bartender duo would do—we made our own.

We used allulose (a rare sugar found in figs and maple that tastes like sugar but doesn’t jack your blood sugar), real citrus flavors, and no artificial weirdness. Over several months, we finally got something we could pass around at a restaurant.

People asked for seconds. And then they asked if they could take some home.

Then we got a call from a bar. Then another restaurant. Then an NFL stadium. Then 100,000 margaritas later … we figured maybe we were onto something. 

Now LiquidZERO cocktails are served in bars, restaurants, NFL stadiums, a Las Vegas resort and home bars across the country. Our jars double as your cocktail shaker. Our flavors taste like the real thing. And we never use stevia, monk fruit or anything that ends in cheap. Each drink costs less than you'd tip a bartender and about what you'd pay for a can of fancy soda in the grocery store.

We make drinks that don't suck. In fact, they taste amazing. That’s all we wanted. That’s still all we do.
